Jazz Workshops
with the John Blake Quartet

John Blake's group is very active in conducting in-school workshops with musically gifted students and school orchestras. Students are afforded the opportunity of working, one on one, with a musician recognized as one of our country's leading jazz violinists, together with his ensemble of equally outstanding credentials.

John's jazz ensemble provides multiple in-depth instruction on basic improvisation techniques, building blocks of jazz, pointers on jazz rehearsal, and the ingredients in forming your own jazz combo.
